PNW Photography Viewing Drawers

A collection of my Joshua Tree assemblage photographs has been accepted into the juried Pacific Northwest Photography Viewing Drawers @ Blue Sky Gallery in Portland, Oregon! It’s a year long opportunity to display a series of my work in an airy, light-filled, art-inspired space in Portland’s Pearl District, with museums and other galleries just steps away. To top it off, they display the chosen collections in flat files! I’ve always envisioned my assemblage photographs nested in a specimen cabinet waiting to be discovered. I’m smiling from ear to ear! The 2019 Viewing Drawers opening reception is on April 4, 6-9pm, at the First Thursday Artwalk, and it’s the kick-off to Portland’s Photography Month. They will be on display all year, until next April! So there’s lots of time to check it out!
